Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA support projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in procurement inventory management and cross-module integration along with the ability to handle L2/L3 support activities and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for SAP MM module in an S/4HANA environment
• Handle L2/L3 support tickets including issue analysis resolution and closure using ticketing tools
• Work on procurement processes including purchase requisitions purchase orders and vendor management
• Manage inventory management material valuation and invoice verification processes
• Configure and support release strategies and approval workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with PP QM WM SD and FICO modules
• Work closely with the ABAP team for custom developments enhancements and reports
• Understand and implement pharma/chemical compliance requirements where applicable
• Participate in process improvements and implementation of new business requirements
• Ensure proper documentation of configurations processes and issue resolutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in SAP MM functional consulting
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA (latest versions preferred)
• Deep knowledge of:
• Procurement cycle (P2P)
• Inventory management & valuation
• Invoice verification
• Good understanding of cross-module integrations (PP QM WM SD FICO)
• Experience in release strategy configuration
• Familiarity with S/4HANA changes including:
• Business Partner (BP) model
• Inventory data model changes
• Experience in support projects and ticket handling tools (e.g. ServiceNow JIRA etc.)
• Strong experience in L2/L3 issue categorization and resolution
• Ability to work on custom developments with ABAP team
• Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in chemical/pharma industry projects
• Exposure to compliance and regulatory processes
• Prior experience in onsite support roles
