QA Strategy Manager Test Automation

• Develop and own enterprise-level QA strategy across multiple programs and delivery teams.
• Establish QA governance standards processes and metrics to ensure consistent execution.
• Provide ongoing oversight risk assessments test coverage analysis and quality reporting for large initiatives.
• Lead coach and mentor QA professionals.
• Ensure comprehensive test planning estimation strategy creation and defect management practices.
• Guide teams in functional integration regression UAT accessibility and performance testing practices.

Automation & AI Enablement

• Architect implement and oversee test automation frameworks across multiple technologies.
• Evaluate emerging automation and AIdriven testing tools recommending solutions that improve scalability and efficiency.
• Support automation integration into CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitLab TeamCity Azure DevOps).
• Champion innovation in automation through best practices pattern libraries and modeldriven approaches.

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 years of hands-on test automation experience using python java or javascript.
• Proficiency with multiple automation toolsets/frameworks such as: Selenium Robot WebDriverIO. Playwright and Tosca
• Strong communication presentation stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins TeamCity GitLab or similar.
• Experience in automated API testing (ReadyAPI Postman custom frameworks).
• Experience with mobile testing (iOS and Android environments).
• Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines and branching strategies
• Continuous learner with the ability to evaluate new tools transfer knowledge and uplift team capabilities.
• Strong time management organization and multitasking abilities.

Preferred:

• Enterprise level ERP systems like Oracle SAP MS Dynamics 365.
• Stakeholder management experience at an executive level
