About the Role
Were looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience creating managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns particularly within Meta Ads Manager. This role will work across multiple brands simultaneously developing performance-driven strategies that fuel growth and brand awareness.

This is a part-time position (10 hours per week with potential to add more hours in the future)

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Plan build and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Manage multiple brand accounts concurrently while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Analyze campaign data identify performance trends and implement actionable optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align ad messaging with broader marketing objectives.
  • A/B test ad creatives audiences and placements to improve ROAS and CPA.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide strategic insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously. We manage a family of brands requiring understanding of multiple business lines their product specialties target audiences brand voices etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of key performance metrics (ROAS CPA CTR conversion rate).
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

Bonus Qualifications (plus but not required)

  • Experience with additional ad platforms such as Google Ads TikTok Ads Pinterest Ads or Snapchat Ads.
  • Familiarity with remarketing strategies conversion tracking and pixel implementation.
  • Basic knowledge of landing page testing and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management software.
  • Golf knowledge

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Individual starting rate within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
