Salary:$29.00 $35.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-Time Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Summary: Our client a premier firm in Atlantic City NJ is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant with a strong background in Corporate and Tax Law. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a proactive professional capable of providing high-level support to a busy legal team.

Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

• Anticipate needs and provide confidential administrative support to attorneys
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting all deadlines
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Corporate Law and Tax Law experience
• Estate Planning experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of standard office procedures computers and related software applications
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of clients in a diverse community
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
