Antwerpen Clarksville Autopark is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Antwerpen Hyundai in Clarksville MD. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of our dealership ensuring seamless transactions and providing exceptional service to our customers. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100000.00 to $150000.00 per year paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

• Manage all finance and insurance functions in the dealership including loan and lease processing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure the best financing options for customers.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations in all finance activities.
• Work closely with sales and management teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to dealership leadership.
• Train and supervise finance department staff maintaining high standards of performance and customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a finance manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products related to vehicle sales.
• Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
