PRN - As Needed

What Youll Do
As aLicensed Practical Nurse youll be a clinical leader working as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver and oversee high-quality patient-centered care. Youll promote both the physical and mental well-being of residents through assessments care planning and coordination. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Coordinating and monitoring medical services including medication management
• Collaborating with physicians and team members to deliver effective treatment
• Administering IVs and advanced nursing interventions
• Documenting care and ensuring regulatory compliance

Who Were Looking For

• Active Colorado LPN License (DORA)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

What We Offer
Our total rewards package includes

• Pay Range: $26.38-$29.12/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:$2$4/hour for nights and weekends
• PRN Differential: 10% differential in addition to base rate salary

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
