Quinn Evans has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator. The position will support our practice-driven marketing and business development functions. The position can be located in any of our office locations. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment is highly organized detail-oriented graphics savvy and has strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop efforts for all stages of project pursuits including qualifications proposal packages and presentations
• Support proposal production process including proofreading editing for grammar spelling comprehension consistency and assembling and delivering final documents
• Maintenance and management of marketing information and systems including but not limited to:
  • Collateral and templates
  • Marketing content (i.e. project descriptions resumes and text library)
  • CRM database data gathering and input
  • Digital asset library project descriptions resumes and other collateral materials
• Conduct marketing research and lead searching
• Assist as required with multi-platform communications including marketing campaigns social media efforts
• Support development and submission of awards entries
• Support and partake in networking and business development efforts

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing Business Communications Journalism English Graphic Design or another related technical field
• Minimumof 3 years of marketing or business developmentexperience in the A/E/C industry REQUIRED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to deliver detailed assignments with high levels of accuracy
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of inter-office teams
• Strong oral written and graphic communication skills
• Knowledge of CRM / relational database platforms and digital asset management systems (experience with Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint and/or OpenAsset a plus)

Salary Range Amount

$68000 - $83000
