Job Summary
The mission of Andurils Air Dominance and Strike Division is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft advanced effects and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The AD&S Operations team is a small but mighty team of business generalists who enable the division to scale through hyper-growth while breaking as few things as possible.
Heres what youll do:
- Work cross functionally to enable the business to run efficiently ensuring business development engineering and production teams have what they need when they need it to execute
- Support our corporate planning cycle by helping to build out and monitor performance against goals financial plans and headcount plans so we can hit our aggressive growth targets
- Translate growth signals into demand across all operational infrastructure including staffing real estate test ranges classified infrastructure and production and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Anduril to deliver
- Balance resource and execution risk against our massive growth plans regularly monitoring financials to help guide us toward our profitability targets
- Support the business lines governance structure from business reviews to annual planning and employee onboarding to all hands developing and evolving information pathways as the organization scales
- Support internal team operations like new employee onboarding all hands internal business reviews and other division-wide events so that we rapidly ramp new employees and maintain a culture of doing things differently
- Execute on special projects across staffing finance real estate and other business infrastructure as they arise

- You have 2-8 years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company starting a venture or in finance or consulting
- Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance
US Salary Range
$146000 - $194000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Andurils total compensation package.
