Montefiore has a rare opportunity for an experienced and motivated Pastry Cook to join our passionate catering team in Randwick.

You will be assisting our Pastry Chef in general food preparation work including food service predominantly in the pastry department.

About You

• Hospitality experience is essential
• Applicable trade qualifications and accreditations
• Proficiency in all aspects of food safety
• Ability to keep calm under pressure and lead by example
• Fit and energetic manual handling is involved
• Must be a good communicator and team player
• Able to take direction from other people
• Attention to detail with the ability to work unsupervised

Must be reliable with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
