The Location

Ideally located on the Gold Coast in close proximity to Robina Town Centre Bolton Clarkes Villa Serena provides high-quality aged care in a friendly secure and comfortable residential environment. Villa Serena is a Tuscan-style home with grand courtyards and manicured gardens with a range of onsite amenities including a café beauty spa library and activities room.

The Role

As part of our successful Hotel Services team your role as Cook will ensure our aged care residents are provided with high quality nutritious meals. Duties include:

Taking direction from the Chef Manager
Assisting with cooking high quality nutritious meals for our senior residents
Ensuring all food is prepared cooked and served in accordance with legislation

To be successful you will have:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar
Food Handling and Hygiene certificate
Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen within aged care or a hospital preferable
Bulk cooking experience highly desirable
Experience with texture modified food advantageous
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport Birth Certificate etc)
Police Check
