The Role

Innovapptives Solution engineering team is made up of passionate group of individuals whose goal is to generate value through consultative selling of our products to our prospects and customers. Through their strong interpersonal and relationship building traits they become trusted advisors to our prospects and customers unearthing their key needs and propose the right solution fit through our platforms and solutions.

The role brings exciting opportunities to the individual by providing a platform to be the face of Innovapptive to our clients. The selected candidate will get an opportunity to work as an equal partner along with our expert sales account executives and play an active role in revenue generation for Innovapptive.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelors degree / masters in business administration (MBA/ PGDM
  • Strong client-facing communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to explain product functionality technical design and limitations to various levels of prospect/ customers organization right from CXO level to Business SMEs Program Managers and IT Teams
  • Strong sales orientation with a consulting mindset
  • Minimum of 7 years of strong Pre-sales or Solution Engineering experience in Enterprise Asset Management or Supply Chain
  • At-least 3 years of relevant experience in CMMS Platforms like SAP PM IBM Maximo etc. as a solution engineer/ functional expert
  • Attention to detail plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to travel 25%

Impact Youll Make

  • Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of Enterprise customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis
  • Demonstrations of the product both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers both onsite and via web conference
  • Capture prospect/customer requirements and work with sales to write solution proposals detailing how Innovapptives solutions will address business needs
  • Create necessary documentation presentations and product demonstrations to teach clients about Innovapptives product functionality and its value proposition
  • Participation in one or more strategic account pursuits either in support or as a lead.
  • Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization.
  • Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Pilot engagements with prospects
  • Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Supporting Marketing events user conferences trade shows webinars etc.
  • Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors
  • In conjunction with Sales Personnel and Professional Services conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments expectations preparation for deployment
  • Act as the Innovapptives subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events
  • Understand sales process as it relates to Innovapptives overall strategies and objectives
