We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead a collaborative leadership team with the main objective of driving the companys operational overall success. This includes working with the Store Managers to ensure business growth and success while supporting the store operations and overall business goals. Youll share our passion for great local food and extraordinary food experiences.

• RetailOperations: Optimizeoperations through effective leadership team collaboration and consistentexecution and creation of procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• FinancialPerformance: Managestore financials of both locations and delivering budget targets for KPIs ofsales margin labour and net profit.
• People Leadership: Lead develop and holdteam members accountable by fostering a high-performance culture supportingtraining and coaching and ensuringcompliance with company policies and standards.

WHATYOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Severalyears operational experience at a managerial level preferably in a multi-siteretail environment
• Experience with inventory systems orderingprocesses and loss prevention strategies
• Previous experience with scheduling team management and creating positive customerexperiences
