MultiCare Health System is looking for a team focused Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at Capital Medical Center!

  • Prefer experience caring for post-operative or surgical patients

Position Summary

An Advanced Practice Provider who focuses on the care of women with pelvic floor disorders. These disorders can include urinary incontinence pelvic organ prolapse and other conditions that affect the pelvic floor and bladder. This provider is responsible for diagnosing treating and managing pelvic floor disorders in women. This role involves in-office treatments patient education and collaboration with other healthcare professionals including urogynecology physician to provide comprehensive and treat pelvic floor disorders such as urinary incontinence pelvic organ prolapse and fecal diagnosed urogynecologic surgical procedures to practice Urogynecologists Develop and implement treatment plans that may include medication physical therapy and lifestyle patients about their conditions and treatment with other healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams including primary care physicians physical therapists Urogynecologists and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient updated on the latest advancements in accurate and detailed patient in practice call coverage as radiologic imaging or labs as all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives clinical education and interdisciplinary team of accredited NP or PA-C programLicensed in the state of WA by the time of employmentMust maintain active ARNP or PA-C licensure throughout employmentDEA NPI & Prescriptive authorityCurrent BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart diagnostic and procedural skills with a compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to innovation and excellence in womens communication skills and ability to collaborate and work with physicians nursing staff medical assistants and front office in Urogynecology preferred.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salary medical dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $174000.00 - $181600.00 USD. However pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants including but not limited to: skill set level of experience and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicants years of experience align.
