About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Services Coordinatorwho will provide exceptional customer service for this equine-focused boutique clinic. The ideal candidate must be an outgoing welcoming personality with a deep knowledge of the equine industry and veterinary terminology. This person will be the face of the clinic scheduling wizard and will also have opportunities to support in the lab and dispensary in a growing privately owned practice. Servicing clientele both locally and 1 hr South in Wellington this individual should be confident and comfortable working with equestrians from all backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and host clients with professionalism ensuring a welcoming and exceptional experience.
- Manage incoming calls emails and appointment scheduling.
- Accurately maintain patient and client records in medical record software.
- Support patient arrivals discharges and overall clinic flow.
- Dispense medications accurately under veterinary direction communicate client requests to doctors and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and anticipating ordering needs
- Educate clients on services and product offerings.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and support revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with horse owners trainers and barn managers.
- Assist with special events and community outreach.
- Support veterinarians and leadership with scheduling and logistics.
