Schedule:Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $160k-$180k DOE Eligible for up to 10% annual bonus
Location:Santa Clara CA
Travel:Must be able to travel to other local & domestic areas as needed
Position Type:Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Overseeday-to-day operations across mission-critical infrastructure including mechanical electrical fire/life safety and building automation systems.
  • Leadand develop multi-disciplinary teams including Assistant Facility Managers Engineers and Technicians
  • Actas the primary operational point of contact for WGNSTAR and the client providing transparent communication and service coordination.
  • Track analyze and report on KPIs.
  • Support RCA investigations for equipment failures and system anomalies.
  • Maintain a culture of safety across all shifts and departments ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Supervise direct reports oversee labor distribution and support workforce relations.
  • Manage and direct responses to after-hours or emergency events ensuring minimal operation impact.
  • Work planning scheduling & schedule adherence; lead development and execution of all work plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Facility Management or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 5 years in operations leadership within semiconductor industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards EPA regulations and MFPA compliance.
  • Strong knowledge in RCA tools and structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Experience managing large budgets and vendor contracts.

Physical Effort/Activities:
On a continuous basis will work in an office environment sit at a desk for a long period of time intermittently answer the telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties may be required to walk stand drive and lift up to 25 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
