Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Producer to join a dynamic and culture-driven team. As a Producer you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by generating new revenue and maintaining strong client relationships. This position is fully remote with limited travel offering flexibility and the tools you need to succeed.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $150000 $300000 annually commensurate with experience and performance.
- Equipment Provided: All necessary tools and equipment for remote work will be supplied.
Responsibilities
- Generate a minimum of $100000 in annual revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide clients with the best possible advice and services.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during client interactions and limited travel engagements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a preference for candidates with 5-10 years of experience.
- Active Life and Health (L&H) license is required.
- Proven track record of generating significant revenue and achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience working with top brokers or a demonstrated ability to excel in sales is highly desirable.
