What Youll Do

At CoreWeave a leader in AI cloud platforms we are seeking a Product Strategy this pivotal role you will join the Product Team focusing on the development of a portfolio level product strategy. Your work will directly impact CoreWeaves product strategy and roadmap and influence the companys leadership team.

As the Product Strategy Principal your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of a compelling multi-year product strategy to support the overall strategic goals of CoreWeave. You will develop deep insight about the customer needs and the market and translate these insights into a compelling product strategy and roadmap ensuring CoreWeave remains at the forefront of the AI Hyperscaler market. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams you will guide the portfolio strategy to align different product areas to a common strategy maintaining a balance between cutting-edge technology user-friendliness and market viability.

About the Role

In this role you will develop and execute a clear forward-thinking product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeaves portfolio of products aligning with both market trends and the companys overall objectives. You will conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends workloads technologies and potential opportunities in the AI Hyperscaler domain while working closely with product engineering and design teams to align different products in CoreWeaves portfolio. You will serve as the voice of the customer within the organization integrating customer feedback and requirements into product development to ensure maximum satisfaction and usability. You will also liaise with marketing sales and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches market positioning and ongoing lifecycle management while designing and leading operating rhythms for business cadences related to strategy and business reviews.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience (7 years) in product strategy product management management or product operations preferably with a focus on AI ML Cloud and SaaS technologies.
• Good understanding of the AI and ML technology landscape including current trends and potential future directions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive product vision and strategy across diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of making data-informed decisions.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field with a strong understanding of machine learning concepts.

The base salary range for this role is $206000 to $303000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
