Compensation Package

• Salary: $45000 - $55000 annually plus 20% commission on new business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of standard personal lines accounts (approximately $4 million shared among three Account Managers).
• Provide exceptional service and support to clients including handling renewals endorsements and re-shopping policies as needed.
• Ensure accuracy in endorsements and collaborate with carriers to resolve discrepancies.
• Address risk control recommendations and manage notice of cancellations including seeking reinstatements.
• Quote new and renewal business as required.
• Maintain strong relationships with multiple carriers and ensure compliance with their guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with multiple carriers in an agency setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities a collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute ideas and solutions.
