A rapidly growing private-equity-backed consulting firm is seeking aVice President to join its Accounting Advisory team supporting clients across complex transactions finance transformation and technical accounting matters.

This role sits at the intersection ofAccounting Advisory Office of the CFO and Transaction Advisory working closely with CFOs private equity sponsors and senior leadership teams to deliver high-impact financial insights and operational improvements.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role leading workstreams across accounting advisory engagements including transaction support technical accounting and finance function modernization. The environment ishigh-performance execution-focused and deeply involved in deal environments with strong exposure to private equity portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support engagements acrosstechnical accounting transaction accounting and finance operations

Executebuy-side and sell-side transaction workstreams including working capital net debt and financial analysis

Provide guidance onUS GAAP topics including ASC 606 ASC 805 and ASC 842

Support clients throughacquisitions divestitures IPO readiness and complex accounting events

Develop financial models analysis and dashboards to support decision-making

Partner closely with CFOs sponsors and executive teams to translate analysis into strategic recommendations

Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development

Candidate Profile

CPA qualified ideally trained within a Big Four or leading accounting advisory firm

6 years of experience acrossaudit accounting advisory or transaction-related accounting

Exposure toM&A transactions deal accounting or capital markets activity

StrongExcel and financial analysis capabilities

Ability to operate infast-paced execution-oriented consulting environments

Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders and delivering client-facing insights

Compensation

Total cash compensation: $240k $320k(base bonus)

Additionalequity participation and benefitsavailable depending on experience.
