The Role:

We are growing rapidly and looking for a AI Agent Product Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving impact & outcomes in a fast-paced environment. They must possess strong first principles problem solving move extremely fast embody scrappiness and seek high ownership.

In this role you will be responsible for driving excellence and delivery for our customers across product customer success and operations.

Build AI products from 0 1
As an AI Agent Product Manager at Applied Labs you will work directly with engineers and customers to define build and launch AI-powered products that transform how businesses engage with their customers.

Partner with customers
Youll spend time with customers to deeply understand their workflows challenges and needstranslating these into requirements and solutions. Youll demo products gather feedback and ensure were building what truly moves the needle.

Drive the roadmap
Youll own the roadmap for core AI products balancing technical tradeoffs with customer value. Youll prioritize ruthlessly define clear success metrics and ensure our team ships with quality and speed.

Bridge technical and business worlds
Youll communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders ensuring alignment from leadership to frontline users.

Be hands-on in execution
This is not just a strategy roleyoull roll up your sleeves to handle edge cases write PRDs test features and work through ambiguity to deliver real outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in product engineering and/or consulting

• Excellent communication skills cross-functionally and with customers

• Technical degree in computer science engineering or related field

• High ownership mentality

• Obsessed with earning customer love and doing whats most impactful for our customers

• Move fast and handle ambiguous problems well biasing towards decisive action and driving clear outcomes / KPIs.

• Background in AI/ML products or developer platforms
