Were hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who wants a hybrid role with manageable caseloads strong clinical support and the opportunity to maintain excellent work-life balance.
Youll step into a full-time clinical role focused on delivering Applied Behavior Analysis services conducting assessments developing individualized treatment plans supervising RBTs and supporting families with ongoing guidance from experienced clinical leadership.

Full-time hybrid position (2 days in-office 3 days remote)
Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM schedule
28 billable hours expectation
$50 per hour for billable hours over 28

What makes you a great fit
You are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with active Missouri licensure
You hold a Masters degree or higher in a related field
Youre comfortable working both in-clinic and remotely
Youre comfortable supervising RBTs and providing parent training
You value autonomy compliance and high clinical standards
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $75000 to $85000
