Regional Sales Account Manager- Midwest

Job Summary
This is a field-based role focused on driving growth for Regal Rexnords Conveyance product line across Minnesota Wisconsin Iowa Illinois Kansas and Missouri. As a Regional Manager you will build customer preference and expand product specification by partnering with end users preferred distributors and select OEMs throughout the region. Youll solve application challenges maximize uptime and influence product adoption through strong technical understanding and strategic relationship development. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director Conveyance you will also identify opportunities for business improvement and support initiatives that drive growth customer value and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Grow sales and market share in the Food Beverage and Industrial markets by selling Regal Rexnords conveyance plastic and metal conveying chains/modular belts (TableTop / MatTop / Cambridge) along with connected components such as bearings gearmotors and accessories.
- Serve as a customer advocate acting as the liaison between customers and Regal Rexnord Sales and Product Management.
- Educate train and present the features benefits and ROI of Regal Rexnord products and services to all customer types.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategyidentify and cultivate new accounts including OEMs end users and integrators. Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers Area Account Managers and Inside Sales to drive regional growth.
- Apply technical knowledge of Regal Rexnord products to deliver value-based solutions focused on performance reliability and total cost of ownership.
- Participate in trade shows distributor open houses and customer events as needed to support brand visibility and demand generation.
- Research and understand regional market share competitive activity and product visibility to support customer education and competitive positioning.
- Build and strengthen distributor relationships to increase sales expand product penetration and reinforce channel engagement.
Qualifications
- Education: BA/BS in Engineering Business or related field preferred
- Experience: 5 years in outside sales (experience in industrial automation preferred)
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Location: Prefer candidate to reside within MN WI IA IL KS MO; central location preferred. Ability to travel up to 50%.

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the companys base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors including but not limited to the physical worksite location the geographic market of that location candidates skill set level of experience education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
