Job Summary

Wax Core Source 2nd shift

Title: Wax Core Source

Reports to: Wax Area Manager

Location: Mentor

Shift: 2nd 2pm - 10pm

Requirements:

Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving
Have strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently

Work Experience:

Ability to perform tasks as directed.

Responsibility: The Wax Operator is responsible for completing assigned tasks following the schedule as set by supervision maintaining a clean work area and reducing scrap.

Specific Duties:

Perform basic wax related tasks in assigned area.
Perform production schedule as needed by the business demand.
Keeps work area clean orderly and in safe condition following all safety rules supports 6S initiatives.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers clients co-workers and supervisors.
Any and all additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
