Purpose Statement
The Sanitation Setup Technician - SST is responsible for the equipment machine setup as well as changeovers for all production lines. They are responsible for proper setup and startup of all equipment. They are responsible for the inventory tracking and ordering of all sanitation supplies. They are responsible for daily housekeeping needs as well as the upkeep of sanitation equipment and tools and chemical storage areas.

- Ability to understand and take directions.
- Be able to work flexible hours. Be able to work overtime if required.
- Be able to work in wet and dusty conditions.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude; cooperate with coworkers management vendors.
- Create OPLs as needed. Review and update OPLs as needed.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Repair and upkeep sanitation tools. Hoses foam stations spray nozzles etc.
- Perform preventative maintenance to various pieces of equipment.
- Repair and/or replace wire belting on machines.
- Move equipment with forklift and setup production lines.
- Clean equipment as needed.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrate ability to understand and take directions.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Be willing to learn new methods and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs. (Word Excel Powerpoint Teams)
- Become forklift certified.
- Become ariel lift certified.
