Your Role & Responsibilities:

Property Inspections: Follow up behind cleaning crews to inspect and ensure vacation rentals are spotless and guest-ready. Light cleaning may be required when necessary.

Quality Control & Reporting: Communicate with the Housekeeping and Property Managers regarding cleaning issues maintenance deficiencies and inventory needs.

Guest & Owner Satisfaction: Investigate cleanliness-related complaints and work to resolve any issues efficiently.

Inventory Management: Handle the replacement of small appliances shower liners light bulbs linens and other essential household items.

Warehouse & Supply Assistance: Help pack bags organize amenities and maintain inventory for housekeeping teams.

Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings contribute to process improvements and assist in warehouse operations as needed.

What Were Looking For:

Physically capable Ability to lift push pull or move up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate stairs.

Strong attention to detail You take pride in ensuring homes meet top-tier cleanliness and organization standards.

Reliable transportation This role requires travel between multiple properties throughout the day.

Self-starter with integrity You can work independently while upholding company standards.

Customer service mindset Friendly professional demeanor when interacting with guests owners and teammates.

Must be at least 25 years old to operate company vehicles.
