Purpose Statement

Human Resources business partner with primary responsibility to drive the holistic development and optimization of the human capital within the defined manufacturing site (People Pillar Owner). Role will be member of site steering team activating AEN (Associate Experience Network) Centers of Excellence programs and standup site TPM Pillar systems in accordance with the TPM pillar playbook and sites current assessed maturity phase. This includes overseeing Associate Learning and Development Leadership Development High-Performance Team Development and ongoing Organizational Effectiveness Assessments. Position will play a crucial role coordinating with AEN CoEs ESO and field partners to deploy Enterprise programs and TPM People Pillar systems. Responsible to build and maintain positive relationships with factory associates and union representatives when required addressing and resolving on an exception basis associate concerns conflicts and grievances in collaboration with Ops Excellence CoE.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

Associate Learning and Development:
o Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs.
o Utilize defined learning methodologies and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
o Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning programs on individual and organizational performance.
Leadership Development:
o Implement leadership development programs to cultivate a pipeline of capable leaders.
o Provide coaching and mentoring support to leaders fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
o Evaluate CoE development programs and adjust strategies to meet evolving site needs.
High-Performance Team Development:
o Facilitate the creation and development of high-performance teams within the manufacturing site.
o Implement team-building activities workshops and interventions to enhance collaboration and productivity.
o Monitor team dynamics and provide guidance to resolve conflicts and improve team effectiveness.
o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track team performance over time.
Organizational Effectiveness Assessment: (ODM)
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
o Analyze data and metrics to provide insights into organizational health and recommend interventions as needed.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices.
Pillar Board Development:
o Establish and lead a Pillar Board comprising key stakeholders from various functions.
o Collaborate with the Pillar Board Owner to define strategic objectives goals and key performance indicators for each pillar.
o Regularly report progress and updates to the overall leadership team.
o Establish and maintain robust governance structures for each pillar ensuring clear roles responsibilities and decision-making processes.
o Regularly engage with key stakeholders including senior leadership to align pillar activities with overall business objectives.
o Adhere to and promote ethical and compliance standards in all aspects of pillar management
Associate Relations Policy Adherence
o Address and resolve associate concerns conflicts and grievances as required or escalated from Operations Excellence CoE
o Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
o Provide guidance and collaborate with steering team AEN CoEs and management on HR-related regulations.
Other duties as assigned

Knowledge Skills and Experience

Bachelors degree in human resources Organizational Development or a related field.
Proven experience in HR leadership roles with a focus on learning and development leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution driving continuous improvement and contributing to the overall success of the manufacturing site.

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation its subsidiaries and affiliates (Richs) reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience knowledge skills abilities shift differential and location.

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$106188.00-$159283.00
