As a Sales Team Leader you are the Chief Architect of Performance. You arent here to supervise; you are here to transform. You are the Hybrid Brain that balances clinical data strategy with high-octane energy.

You understand the fundamental truth of our floor: People dont follow instructions; they follow standards. You dont manage from a desk you lead from the trenches. You are the one who identifies a performance gap and closes it before the first coffee break. You own the revenue you own the culture and you own the results.
