Job Summary

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
Assist the Operations Manager to ensuring smooth operations of the sections appointed in the colleague restaurant. He / She will maintain food / beverage / service quality ensure colleague satisfaction and support any colleagues events.
REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Minimum 1 (one) year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand or reputable chained restaurant.
Team player and self-starter.
Exceptional leadership skills.
Willing to work shifts and flexible hours including weekends or public holidays.
