Job Description
This role can be based in Amsterdam or Edinburgh
The Delivery Manager role will focus on managing the delivery of a new Group Tech ecosystem into the UK market as part of a wider Digital Transformation Programme across the group of Lotteries. The UK is the first market within the Group to adopt the new Tech Ecosystem and this is a unique opportunity to play a key role in its delivery
Your key responsibilities
- Coordinates the consolidation of one Value Streams delivery roadmap.
- Works with the Transformation Hub to collate enterprise-wide RAID and ensures quality risk management.
- Coordinates operational readiness and communicates progress and release management for the Value Stream.
- Drives improvements in delivery efficiency & effectiveness.
- Facilitates events including supporting quarterly cross-Value Stream planning.

- Youre a team player with an enthusiastic proactive attitude.
- You have strong Leadership skills and are able to motivate and guide teams through the delivery journey.
- You have excellent communication and organisational skills and are able to communicate with various stakeholders ensuring everyone is aligned on the programme goals.
- You have experience working in large transformational programmes of work.
