You dont need to be a qualified Audiologist- well train you to work as a Hearing Wellness Advisor so you can stay close to the operation and customer journey.

Youll be based in our Cardiff clinic a modern well-equipped environment designed to support both clinical excellence and commercial success including:

The role

As a Cluster Manager youll:

• Lead the overall performance of the Cardiff clinic
• Be present in-store working alongside the team as a trained Hearing Wellness Advisor
• Identify commercial opportunities to grow revenue and customer outcomes
• Analyse performance data and translate this into clear actions
• Optimise clinic utilisation diary efficiency and conversion
• Drive local engagement and community awareness
• Maintain high operational and compliance standards
• Act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare building strong customer relationships
• Partner with regional and support teams to deliver business priorities
