Responsibilities
Lead and conduct OIE/PSYOP operational impact assessments through advanced statistical analysis of routinely collected assessment data. Refine inputs for reporting test analytic applications for operational utility and support subordinate units via training materials and model refinement to improve assessment quality and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead statistical analyses and evaluations of PSYOP/OIE assessment data; implement and validate multivariate models.
- Clean process manage and document datasets for operational reporting and analysis.
- Conduct comparative analyses (correlation ANOVA regression A/B testing outlier testing salience index etc.).
- Test and refine analytical applications and models for operational utility; recommend methodological improvements.
- Prepare analytical deliverables: reports visualizations dashboards codebooks and reproducible analysis scripts.
- Develop training materials and provide mentoring/training to subordinate units on data practices and analytic methods.
- Coordinate with operational stakeholders to ensure analyses meet decision-maker needs and security requirements.
- Ensure secure handling and storage of sensitive/classified data per policy.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years with PhD
- Clearance: Secret with eligibility to obtain TS/SCI at proposal submission and ability to maintain required clearance.
- Education: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Behavioral Science (Psychology Anthropology or related field).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in social science or market research methodology including data cleaning processing management and statistical analysis.
- Modeling: Minimum 3 years experience developing multivariate models and completing statistical analyses.
- Tools: Minimum 3 years experience using statistical software (e.g. R Python SPSS SAS).
Desired / Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a program evaluation role applying social science research and evaluation techniques to communication/messaging interventions.
- Minimum 1 year experience working with SOF organizations or doctrine.
- Completion of at least one advanced higher-education course in program evaluation.
- Minimum 5 years recent experience conducting comparative analyses: correlation scatterplots ANOVA regression response frequency/distribution outlier testing A/B testing salience index etc.
- Prior DoD/USSOCOM experience preferred; experience with classified data environments and secure analytic workflows preferred.

Target Salary Range
$112000 - $179000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
