Title: Family Care Consultant

Location:Hendersonville TN (Serving Sumner Davidson Wilson and Robertson Counties)

The Heart of the Role:At Preferred Care at Home of North Nashville we dont just sign up clients. We guide families through some of the most difficult seasons of their lives. When a daughter calls us because her father had a fall or a husband calls because he can no longer care for his wife with dementia alone they are looking for a beacon of hope.As our Family Care Consultant you are that beacon.

You will be the first person these families meet in their homes. Youll sit at their kitchen tables listen to their stories and help them design a plan that restores dignity to their loved ones and peace of mind to their family.

What Youll Be Doing (and why it matters):

• Guided Consultations: You will meet with approximately 3-6 families per week. Your goal isnt a hard sellits to provide a solution that leaves people better than you found them.

• Lead Advocacy:Youll proactively follow up with warm leads. These arent just numbers; they are families who reached out for help. Youll stay top-of-mind until they are ready to take that next step.

• Strategic Growth:Youll work hand-in-hand with our Director of Marketing to identify community trends and attend local events to ensure Preferred Care at Home is the first name people think of when they need help.

• Community Partner Advocacy: A vital but smaller part of your role will be serving as a business development liaison.You will build and nurture genuine relationships with local community partnerssuch as rehab centers doctors offices and senior centersensuring that when they have a family in need of a referral Preferred Care at Home is the first organization they call.

• A Smooth Hand-off:Youll ensure that the unique needs and little details of every family are perfectly communicated to our operations team ensuring the care starts flawlessly.

Who You Are:

• Experience:You have a background in the senior industry (nursing social work funeral memory care or hospice) and understand the delicate nature of these conversations.

• Values-Driven:You believe in doing the right thing for the right reasons.

• Tech & Data Savvy:While not required it would behighly beneficial if you have experience in data analysis and are comfortable with technology. We value a data-driven mindsetsomeone who can look at our lead sources and conversion metrics to help us make smarter marketing decisions.

• The Basics:Valid drivers license professional demeanor and a take ownership attitude.

• Estimated Total Compensation: $47000 $73000 (includes a base salary of $47k$50k plus performance-based incentives).
