A well-established national law firm is looking to add a Corporate / M&A Associate in Miami.
This is a strong opportunity for an associate who wants hands-on involvement in transactions working closely with clients and senior attorneys on a steady flow of middle-market deal work.
What Youll Be Doing
- Advising on mergers acquisitions and divestitures
- Supporting private company and middle-market transactions
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
- Working directly with clients on deal execution and strategy
What Theyre Looking For
- 36 years of corporate / M&A experience
- Experience handling middle-market transactions
- Strong drafting and deal management skills
- Ability to work directly with clients
- Strong academic credentials
