We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support the Business and Operation groups in a fast-paced environment. You will be partnering with the leadership teams and organizations to develop the HR strategy for growing retaining and engaging the addition to acting as a trusted counsel and advisor to the business as a leader with HR expertise and perspective and being an integral part of the business and Human Resources right candidate is self-motivated familiarizes themselves with the business priorities and is able to develop HR solutions that align with those business priorities. The ideal candidate will need to be onsite & able to participate inhybridwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the leadership team on org design providing guidance and ideas to improve efficiency and increase productivity.
  • Lead activities to maintain a healthy and productive work environment such as coaching and development planning investigating and resolving employee relations issues compensation planning hiring and retention of talented employees and encouraging open productive dialogue between managers employees and other partners.
  • Analysis of engagement data and partnering with leadership to ensure actions are taken to improve employee engagement and focus on enhancing the employee experience.
  • Implement and support HR programs processes and initiatives such as performance management compensation employee development succession diversity inclusion & belonging and support recruitment to align with business strategy.
  • Review and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance retention and engagement
  • Prepare and present HR topics at staff meetings; facilitate offsite meetings with leadership team that relate to our People Strategy.
  • Contribute to the continued improvement of HR programs processes and planning within the company.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree required with emphasis in People or equivalent. MS preferred
  • 5 years of broad HR experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent supporting at the executive level.
  • Must be willing to challenge point-of-views when necessary and offer alternative constructive suggestions.
  • Strong knowledge and design skills in change management organizational design strategic communications team dynamics and coaching.
  • Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence change
  • Ability to coach mentor and advise where appropriate to help team members grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals.
  • Exceptional energy and results-orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional analytical skills

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $USD.

Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience skills and qualifications.
