The Logistics Coordinator Counseling position exists to aid and facilitate the efficient operation of the Counseling Departments logistical functions through specific delegations from the Logistics Manager including support to the Christian Counselors Network (CCN) Hope Restored Aftercare coaching logistical processes Counseling events and daily department workflow. Position is cross-trained in all department support staff functions for agile Duties/Responsibilities:Represents the Counseling Department on the phone in business email correspondence and in person using the appropriate tone professionalism and writing as neededUtilizes and helps maintain two scheduling systems within the department (Coaching and Counseling)Presents reports and logistical updates to inform managements decision-makingCoordinates Counseling Department event preparation logistics that are held on the Focus on the Family campusLeads as a liaison to Events department for planning of monthly and annual eventsManages multiple calendars and supports the management team with special projectsContributes to updates or reforms in the teams processes as commensurate with newer software or technology;
