Whitefriars College is a Catholic boys school in the Carmelite tradition. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Student Empowerment Leader to join the College from Semester 2 2026.
The Student Empowerment Leader plays a key role in fostering student voice agency and holistic development across the College. The incumbent will support the wellbeing learning and leadership of students collaborating with staff parents and the wider College community to implement programs that enhance student engagement and achievement. The role requires a passion for student development a commitment to Catholic and Carmelite values and a collaborative approach to building the capacity of staff and students alike.
This is a POL 2 leadership role for commencing Semester 2.
It is expected of all employed at Whitefriars College that they accept and support the ethos of the Carmelite order and activities directed at the broader aims of the College (eg the Carmelite mission in Timor-Leste).
