Job Summary
Aurora CO Full-Time
Were looking for a Quality Systems Specialist who wants to do more than inspect partsyoull help build improve and own the quality systems that drive our manufacturing operation forward.
This is not a traditional inspection role. If your background is strictly measuring parts and pass/fail checks this wont be the right fit.
If you enjoy digging into root cause improving processes and working across teams to prevent issues before they happen keep reading.
What Youll Do
- Support and maintain our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)
- Participate in and help lead internal audits and compliance activities
- Investigate nonconformances and drive root cause / corrective actions
- Partner with production engineering and leadership to improve processes
- Track and report quality metrics and KPIs
- Assist in developing standard work procedures and documentation
- Promote a quality-first and safety-focused culture on the floor
What Were Looking For
- Experience working within an ISO 9001 environment
- Background in quality assurance quality systems or manufacturing quality
- Exposure to internal audits CAPA and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with multiple teams
- Hands-on manufacturing experience is a plus
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience leading or supporting ISO audits
- Strong problem-solving mindset (5 Whys Fishbone etc.)
- Ability to influence processesnot just follow them
- Comfortable balancing floor presence systems/documentation work
Compensation & Benefits
- $30$34/hr depending on experience
