Wage Range: $11.75-12.75/hour
Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
Grade student physics homework assignments and exams
Transferable Skills:
1. Ability to identify correct or incorrect answers
2. Ability to meet deadlines
3. Ability to be self-directed and manage ones own time
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide careful feedback to students on problem solutions
2. Keep records of student performance
3. Return graded papers to supervising professor in a timely fashion
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
1. Mathematics background of at minimum Calc 2
2. Physics background through the course for which the student employee is hired
3. Ability to keep careful and accurate records of student performance
4. Ability to evaluate student work and to provide constructive feedback
