Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist will assist in developing promotions and managing programs that support company stores and franchisees. This role begins as a part-time temporary position (20 hours/week for 3 months) with the expectation of transitioning to full-time permanent. This is a hybrid role combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. The ideal candidate is highly organized capable of multitasking able to work independently has some experience with corporate marketing and enjoys collaborating with a team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support a variety of strategic marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Director.
• Compile and distribute weekly sales reports.
• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in creating executing and scheduling digital marketing campaigns and social media content.
• Create manage and schedule content across social media platforms including LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram.
• Support the marketing team in creating editing and publishing website and intranet content including ongoing updates.
• Provide customer support to franchisees and internal stakeholders for marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the franchise development team to track and advance leads through the sales funnel.
• Manage the PMF Bucks program reimbursing franchisees for building improvements and marketing initiatives.
• Support planning and logistics for company events including coordination materials preparation vendor communication and on-site assistance as needed.
  
  

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• 35 years of experience in marketing digital marketing or a related field required.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field or equivalent formal training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint required.
• Graphic design experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Experience with digital campaign execution and scheduling social media management (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram) website content management and customer support.
• Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Drive and stamina to manage and lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners at all levels including senior management.
• Resourcefulness to gather information and complete projects even when obstacles arise.
