The Certified Medical Assistant Preceptor Trainer facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences.

As the Preceptor Trainer you will:

• You will plan and implement all aspects of training programs for participants throughout the organization including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training.

• You will create an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information engage the learner and produce the desired outcomes.

• You will monitor training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for company quality and regulatory compliance.

• You will analyze course evaluations to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.

• You will evaluate the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience in the fields.

• You will participate in process improvement resource creation and implementation aligned with our primary care organization.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in the capacity of a medical assistant or training role.

• Must have national certification through an accredited agency.

Other Qualifications

• Experience using different tools to facilitate training to several audiences.

• Experience managing projects process mapping streamlining workflows to keep operations efficient.

• Experience with communication through clear direct and professional verbal and written correspondence.

• Experience collaborating with multiple departments report to and presenting to leadership.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills knowledge experience education certifications etc.

$48900 - $66200 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
