Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50000 - $70000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
• Incentive Plan: Quarterly incentive plan based on new business and retention goals.
• Work Schedule: Full-time in-office for 5 days a week. Eligible for 1 work-from-home day per week after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fresh book of business focusing on standard personal lines accounts (home auto umbrella).
• Quote new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals for new business and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and pursue professional development opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Additional designations are preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or service; 5 years preferred. Candidates with captive experience will also be considered.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Passionate team-oriented client-focused eager to learn and grow and a positive attitude.
• Education: Commitment to ongoing education and professional development is highly valued.
