Associate Transportation Analyst

Company:

The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate Transportation Analyst to join the team in Dallas TX.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation operations for multiple distribution site locations

• Collaborate and foster continuous relationships with external transportation providers

• Maintain carrier performance metrics at all site locations

• Assist in preparation & distribution of logistics reports claims accounts schedules route guides and SOPs

• Investigate and resolve transportation related issues (damage loss tracking missed pickups returns)

• Collaborate with other departments (customs supply chain internal operations teams)

• Provide operational and tactical solutions for general freight inquiries

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is Person includes US Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3-5 years experience in a transportation coordinator or warehouse operations role

• Proven knowledge of logistics management freight forwarding dispatching and warehouse operations.

• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures and customs documentation.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP)

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3-5 years experience in a transportation coordinator or warehouse operations role. Preferably in the aviation industry.

• Associate or bachelors degree in supply chain management Logistics Business Administration or related field preferred.
