• Lead coach and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts while establishing best practices in requirements documentation testing and stakeholder engagement.

• Oversee requirements gathering functional design documentation and process mapping to support business and system improvements.

• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to define current and future state processes and ensure requirements alignment.

• Lead QA and testing activities including System Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.

• Manage change management processes release readiness and deployment validation across system updates.

• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams technical teams and external partners to ensure clear communication and solution alignment.

• Partner with vendors consultants and ISVs to support ERP enhancements integrations and issue resolution.

• Support compliance activities including SOX and ITGC requirements ensuring adherence to internal controls and audit standards.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency system adoption and operational excellence.

• Oversee training materials documentation and change readiness efforts to support business adoption of new functionality.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent hands-on technical experience).

• 57 years of experience working with ERP systems preferablyMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience managing Business Systems Analysts or similar technical/functional teams.

• Demonstrated experience with business requirements gathering functional design documentation and process mapping.

• Proven experience leading system testing activities including System Testing User Acceptance Testing and regression testing.

• Experience collaborating with third-party vendors consultants or ISVs on ERP enhancements or integrations.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with SQL or advanced analytical tools.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
