Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Rehabilitation Location: Hyannis MA
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate diagnose and treat patients with speech language voice fluency and swallowing disorders across all age groups. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide speech language and swallowing therapy
Monitor progress and modify treatment as needed
Document patient care and communicate with care teams
Support discharge planning and patient/family education
Participate in quality improvement and training activities
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC ASHA)
Active Massachusetts SLP License
Current CPR Certification
Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of ASHA ethical standards
Preferred Qualifications
12 years experience in swallowing disorders (preferred)
Experience across pediatric to geriatric populations
