Toddler Teacher Early Learning Classroom Location: The Learning Experience River Vale NJ
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
The Learning Experience River Vale is seeking a caring and dependable Toddler Teacher to support children during an important stage of early development. This role focuses on helping toddlers build communication skills independence and confidence through structured routines and engaging classroom activities.
This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with younger learners in a nurturing and consistent early childhood environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily classroom routines for children ages 1224 months
Support early language development and social interaction through guided activities
Assist with transitions including meals diapering and rest time
Maintain a safe clean and organized classroom environment
Encourage independence through structured learning centers and routines
Communicate regularly with families about daily activities and developmental progress
Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
Follow all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements and center policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Prior toddler or childcare classroom experience preferred
Comfortable supporting diapering and classroom routines
Patient dependable and team-oriented
Ability to meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
