Senior Commercial Lender San Francisco, CA

• Responsible for generating and servicing a wide variety of commercial loans including the most complex large difficult and sensitive credits.
• Aggressively seeks and obtains quality new business through client and prospect calls referrals and cross selling efforts.
• Responsible for developing strong low risk commercial relationships while maintaining quality customer service.
• Acts as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients.
• Develops generates and follows-up on new client leads through existing clients and referrals from other bank departments.
• Calls on existing relationships to review portfolios and makes recommendations as needed.
• Responsible for sales credit analysis proper loan structuring client interviewing and perceptive character judgment.
• Responsible for monitoring credit performance and ensures compliance with all related regulations laws etc.
• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Cross sell other bank products.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelors and 10 years experience with commercial lending credit underwriting or 12 years other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet the requirements.
• Requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment loan structuring credit analysis and monitoring credit performance.
• Subject matter expert knowledge of commercial loans credit analysis lending loan processing and closing processes.
• Ability to expand commercial loans client relationships and cross sell bank products.
• Requires exceptional sales ability.
• Expert experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment skills.
• Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of software applications including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Manages the most high-risk complex and large commercial portfolios.
• Applies advanced principles theories and concepts.
• Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $187000 - $274000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
