Job Summary
Cedar Park Group is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a short-term assignment at a rehabilitation and nursing center in Vestal New York. This opportunity is ideal for a PT looking for consistent summer hours in a rehab and long-term care setting while working with a geriatric population.
Schedule / Shift
Full-time or part-time
Monday through Friday
8:00 am4:00 pm with flexibility within that window
Assignment runs mid-May through mid-August
Work across 3 nearby buildings in close proximity

Required Qualifications
- Active New York State Physical Therapist license
- Ability to work across multiple nearby buildings
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in rehab skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Experience working with a geriatric population preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to a geriatric patient population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Travel between nearby buildings as needed to support patient care
