An AmLaw 50 firm is looking to add a mid-level associate to its Real Estate group in Dallas.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in real estate finance who wants to work on sophisticated transactions with a national platform.

What Youll Be Doing

Representing lenders in real estate financing transactions
Drafting and negotiating loan documents
Managing title and survey diligence
Supporting complex real estate deals from start to finish

What Theyre Looking For

46 years of real estate experience
Strong background in real estate finance and lender-side work
Experience drafting loan documents and handling diligence
Strong academic credentials
Excellent writing communication and interpersonal skills
