Location: The Learning Experience Oak Creek WI
Pay: $16$18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Provide classroom support across infant toddler and preschool rooms as needed
- Assist Lead Teachers with daily activities and routines
- Help implement play-based learning experiences aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
- Support children during meals diapering or toileting rest time and transitions
- Maintain a safe clean and organized classroom environment
- Help maintain classroom ratios and ensure smooth daily operations
- Communicate positively with children families and team members
- High school diploma or GED required
- Childcare daycare or preschool experience preferred
- Early childhood coursework or CDA a plus
- Must meet Wisconsin childcare licensing and background requirements
