Professional Development Support
Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with consistency and enthusiasm
Develop and execute weekly lesson plans aligned with developmental standards
Support early literacy language development and foundational math skills
Foster social-emotional growth and positive peer interactions
Demonstrate strong classroom leadership by maintaining clear expectations consistent routines and calm authority
Proactively manage behavior using developmentally appropriate guidance strategies
Support children in developing independence skills including bathroom routines and self-care skills
Partner with families to ensure consistency in potty training expectations and progress
Conduct developmental observations and assessments
Communicate daily with families using our mobile app and in-person updates
Lead and mentor Assistant Teachers within the classroom
Maintain compliance with Oklahoma DHS licensing requirements
Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
CDA Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Ability to meet all Oklahoma DHS licensing requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to assist children with personal care needs in accordance with licensing requirements
Can redirect behavior calmly and consistently
Understands that structure and routine are essential for preschool success
Demonstrates leadership professionalism and accountability
Balances warmth with high expectations
Works collaboratively with support staff and families
